Refund Policy

1. 3-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 3-day money back guarantee for all premium subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with VicharFlow Pro, you can request a full refund within 3 days of your initial purchase.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Your refund request must be made within 3 days (72 hours) of your purchase
  • This is your first purchase of a premium subscription
  • You have not previously requested a refund for VicharFlow
  • Your account has not been suspended or banned for violations of our Terms of Service

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. 1.Email us at admin@vkrsi.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. 2.Include your account email address and transaction ID
  3. 3.Briefly explain the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)

4. Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 1-2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Upon approval of your refund, your premium subscription will be immediately cancelled, and you will lose access to all Pro features. Any boards or data you created will be preserved but will be subject to free plan limitations.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals (only initial purchases are eligible)
  • Requests made after the 3-day window has passed
  • Partial month refunds for cancelled subscriptions
